The naturist families who run these naturist campsites decided in 2000 to form a group which they called: NATURIME & terroirs.

The group's charter the practice of the authentic naturism based on the ethical naturist, which means: respect for nudity whenever possible, respect for one other and the natural environment.
It’s a task of every member of our group to let you sample there ‘terroir’ (French word which is not possible to fit in one English word).
The ‘terroir’ is a land, a region with there particularities, there traditions, culture, gastronomy, culinary specialties and wines.

NATURISME & terroirs includes 10 naturist campsites:

Pallieter, at Bourseul, in Bretagne in the "Côtes d'Armor" le Land of Légends, famous for cider and "galettes".

L'Oliverie, at Saurais in the ‘Gâtine vendéenne’, close by the middle-aged town: Parthenay and the swamps of Poitevin, known-for the equally called famous stuffing’s, lams meat and Gâtine snails.

Laulurie en Périgord, at La Douze in the Dordogne, the land were the Homo Erectus, became Sapiens (caves of Lascaux), a region known-for ‘fois gras’, ‘confit de canard’ and the Bergerac wines.

Château Guiton, at Frontenac, in Bordeaux, the country of Bordeaux wines, the of ‘entre deux mers’. It’s a few steps from the medieval town: Saint Emilion (and its macaroons). The cakes: ‘cannelés bordelais’ have a gastronomic reputation in this.

Les Manoques, à Valeilles, dans le Quercy, pays de serre. Pays de bastides, de châteaux aux paysages rappelant la Toscane. Cuisine traditionnelle du Sud Ouest autour du canard gras.

Le haut Chandelalar, at Briançonnet in the high country of ‘Grasse’, the Alps d'Azur, between sea and mountains. Here, bread is baked in wood fire heated stone oven; also the pizza of the house is (Italy is near here).

Messidor, at Puy Saint Réparade, at the foot of the Luberon, the Provence is sung by the Mistral. ‘Aix en Provence’ and its famous almond canissons. Marseille is nearby, pastis and petanque.

Le Village du Bosc, at Octon to the lake Salagou lies at the crossroads of the roads to Compostela, the oldest roman communication track (voie dominicienne), the salt road. Country of Roquefort, olives and the Anchoïade (mashed anchovies, garlic and olive oil).

Le Mas de Lignières
, at Cesseras in the Minervois, in the heart of the Cathare country between wine yards (Minervois) and guarrigues. The Canal du Midi crossed this region. Carcassonne, and the country of the cassoulet (typical dish) are nearby.

Le Mas de la Balma, at Montbolo, not far from Amélie les Bains. This is the Catalan country, the Vallespir, It lies between the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees, a honeymoon of the sun and wind. Catalan meats are have there reputation, as also: Cargolade, Sardinade and Aïoli (typical dishes).
    
The Naturists, who want to spend their holidays on one of these sites, can count on a warm and cordial reception. These naturist campsites are familiar and easy going.
